" From the first call on, Paul Bennett was quick to respond and easily explained insurance law and injury claims to me. In that first meeting, he explained what I needed to know, what to do, and not to do, and I was relieved that I could turn this burden over to him. He made me feel welcome to call him anytime with any legal question. His assistant, Christy, was always nice, friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend him. "

"In 2014 my husband and I were in an automobile accident. The driver of the other car was found at fault and charged with DUI. Since this was the first time we were in a wreck we had no clue what we were facing at the time. My husband's cousin worked with a defense firm and she advised us the day after the accident that we would need a plaintiff's lawyer. She stated their law firm had worked with Mr. Bennett's Firm and she recommended Mr. Bennett to us. We were told if you want a good lawyer who is honest Mr. Bennett is who we need. And we found that to be very true. We have dealt personally with Mr. Bennett and his paralegal Christy and have been very pleased with both of them. This last year has been a nightmare for my family. My husband has had to have a surgery and multiple doctor visits and tests due to this accident, between the financial burden, health problems and not to mention the stress from all this. I don't know what we would have done if we hadn't heeded to the advice and called the office Mr. Bennett's Firm, they have definitely kept us from having to deal with the legalities from the wreck. So they took that pressure off us so we could concentrate of the important things like taking care of my husband's medical issues which are still ongoing. We would definitely recommend Paul Bennett to anyone who needs a plaintiffs lawyer."
